Aman­da A. Olsen, Ph.D. is an Asso­ciate Pro­fes­sor of Sta­tis­tics, Mea­sure­ment, and Eval­u­a­tion in Edu­ca­tion at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Mis­souri’s Col­lege of Edu­ca­tion and Human Devel­op­ment. As a trained applied quan­ti­ta­tive method­ol­o­gist, Dr. Olsen’s research cen­ters on teacher-stu­dent rela­tion­ships, school cli­mate, and edu­ca­tion­al equi­ty. She has been award­ed over $11 mil­lion in grant fund­ing as either the PI or Co-PI on grants from the U.S. Depart­ment of Edu­ca­tion, the Nation­al Sci­ence Foun­da­tion, and oth­er orga­ni­za­tions. Addi­tion­al­ly, she serves as an Asso­ciate Edi­tor for Edu­ca­tion­al Researcher and the School Sci­ence and Math­e­mat­ics jour­nal.
